BOOKING & CANCELLATION INFORMATION
Client cancellations.
All clients are liable for cancellation charges on confirmed bookings as follows:
- More than four weeks before the hire date
- 50%of the total booking charge
- Between one and four weeks before the hire date
- 100%of the total booking charge
Cancellation by West End Central.
West End Central Ltd reserves the right to cancel this booking, or any part of it, without notice if the facilities booked are rendered unfit or unavailable for use. In such circumstances, the client shall be entitled to a refund of the hire fee paid for the affected facilities only.
Suitability of the facilities.
West End Central Ltd makes no guarantee, warranty or representation that the building or its facilities are fit or suitable for the client's specific purposes.
